1. Search and develop more sustainable functionalized materials for energy conversion, especially in secondary batteries and water splitting, and explore the related reaction mechanisms.
2. Facile synthesis of hybrid functionalized materials with porous, high specific surface area and controllable structures.
3. Self-assembly of superstructures from various building blocks and their conversions for practical applications.
